This event offers a rare opportunity to explore the collection from a unique perspective, enriched with personal anecdotes, curatorial insights, and art historical context. Gain a deeper appreciation of our world-renowned collection and the stories that make it truly exceptional.
Roberta Cremoncini was born in Florence, graduated in History of Art at Florence University, and completed a PhD in History of Art at the University of Siena. She joined the Estorick Collection in 1997 as Curator, and has been Director since 2001. In 2017, Roberta was awarded the Italian honour of “Cavaliere” of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, the equivalent of a British knighthood, for her dedication to the enhancement of Italian culture beyond its borders.
The event is free with an admission ticket purchased for the same day. To help us manage the numbers, Estorick Members are asked to book in advance their free ticket.
